It is integrated, supportive & holistic programming with high touch connection with your 3 coaches – as well as the specialists we bring in. 

 Capped positions available to ensure you receive the attention required to pursue your goal.

Run Programming

Strength for Runners program (strength, mobility, stability & yoga workouts)

Her Trails TV (episodes that review trail technique, gear specifics, planning your support team, mindset, race strategy, nutrition…and lots more)

LIVE monthly zoom sessions (education and community based). 

This is a 16-week program.
