Her Trails is a global female adventure platform empowering women to discover their resilience, self reliance and play through connecting to the trail, nature and themselves.

You are joining a tribe of women who squash previously held limitations, set the bar higher yet also give themselves grace and patience in how they achieve it.

HER 21.1 TRAIL

Our flagship 12-week holistic training program that will build you to run 21.1kms on trail. Run, strength & mobility programming with the support of a dynamic Her Trails community.

This unique program for HER is designed to connect & optimise your training with your female physiology – which helps you train with your menstrual cycle. 

 

UTA 11km & 22km

Specific and holistic training program for the UTA 11km and 22km events. Next cohort to start in Jan 2023.

UTA 50km & 100km

Specific and holistic training program for the UTA 50km and 100km events. Next cohort to start in Dec 2022.

HER TRAILS 50km

Holistic training for ANY 50km ultramarathon event. Your coaching & education team extends from run, strength, mobility, nutrition and physical therapy.

Our Her Trails community is about connection, not direction. The Her Trails Way cultivates self reliance, power, confidence and agency – on and off the trails. Our goal is to build a diverse community of empowered women that embrace challenges and lean into extension.  

Long Run Groups

If you wish to discover new trails and complete your long runs with a fun and inclusive group – these sessions are for you. Locations are all over Australia & in California. 

 -Her Trails Retreat with Larapinta Culture

Crafted by women for women, this all inclusive intimate experience unites adventures of the body with adventures of the soul.

Over 7 transformative days across 3 distinct phases, you will have a rare opportunity to recharge, push yourself with new experiences and explore your inner workings.

This expansive journey will extract you from the noise and distraction of your daily life and leave you feeling empowered, nourished and deeply connected.
