Cancellation Policy for Her Trails 21.1km Program
Weekly Membership: You may cancel your membership at any point of the program via contacting us an info@hertrails.com. You will not receive a refund for the weeks used, but no further payments will be taken from the date we receive your email

Upfront Membership: If this program is not for you, you have 14 days from the program start date to email us at info@hertrails.com to receive a refund.

Cancellation Policy for Her Trails Training Cycles Program

Payment for this program is upfront and non-refundable. 

Cancellation policy for all UTA (11K, 22K, 50K, 100K), 42km and ultra programs
If you pay upfront: you have 14 days from the payment date to receive a refund. Refunds require you to email us at info@hertrails.com.

After 14 days and for all instalment plans the program is non-refundable.

We do however understand extenuating circumstances can impact your ability to complete the training plan/the race. In these situations we will work with you to transfer you to an alternate Her Trails training plan that aligns with your amended goals.

Access Duration for Online Training Programs

21.1km Trail Program: You have access to your membership portal for 24 weeks from when your 21.1km trail program starts.

Her Trails Training Cycles Program: you have access to your membership portal for 70 days from when you sign up to this program.

Extending your access to your Membership Portal

We want you to succeed in your Her Trails Journey. Please email us at info@hertrails.com if extenuating circumstances have impacted your participation in the program. We may either be able to extend your access to your membership portal or transfer your placement into the next program.

Information provided in the program is to be deemed general in nature
All of the information provided within our Her Trails programming is delivered by qualified coaches, nutritionists, physical therapists and expert professionals. As the programming is neither 1:1 or in person, please consider the programming general in nature. Whilst we will do our best to support your individual needs, it is imperative you seek the advice of a health professional to adequately tailor the program to your individual needs.

This extends to the run and strength programming to the hormonal, nutritional and recovery advice.

Password
You agree that you will not disclose, or permit disclosure of, the Account password selected by you when registering your Membership on the Portal to any person. You will be fully responsible for all acts and omissions of any person who enters into a transaction using your Password, as if they were your own acts and omissions.

You may elect to change the Password at any time using the facility provided on the Website.
