Worlds Greatest stretch

Start in a high plank position. Hands on the floor, with your shoulders over wrists, feet hip width apart, and your body is straight like a plank of wood.

Bring your right foot to the outside of your right foot.

From here, drop your right elbow down towards the ground between your right foot and left hand (think centre of the chest).

With a rotation, raise your right hand to the sky, stacking your right wrist and shoulder over your left shoulder. hold this stretch for 10 seconds.

Then place your right hand back down (inside your left foot)

Bring your right foot back to meet your left foot

repeat on the other side
