Squat

Start with your feet hip width apart with your toes pointing slightly out (away from your body).

With your shoulders back and down, sit your butt back behind you whilst drawing your knees out (away from the midline of your body).

When driving up, spread the floor with your feet and drive your body weight through your heels. Feel your glutes power you up to a standing position, this is where your hips are aligned with your shoulders.
