Sliding Mountain climber to push up

Get done on to the floor, in a high plank position, and place both sliders under your toes.

With wrists underneath your shoulder, your spine in a neutral position, and your core braced, slowly slide your right knee towards your left elbow and slide it back, then slide your left knee toward you right elbow. Returning to a high plank position.

Then, lower your body down for a push up with your elbows angled at 45 degrees. Go down until you get an inch off the ground and push up!

Repeat 

Note: If you need to regress this move, you can complete the sliding mountain climber, then go down onto you knees for the push up.
