I am a beginner runner (e.g. never run before). Is this program for me?
Yes. This program accommodates HER – whether you are starting, starting over or starting a new goal.

All runs (or hikes) are time based – so you can benefit from this program if you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced runner.

Is the membership payment in AUD or USD?
AUD
Can I join from anywhere around the world?
YES. From anywhere. This is an online program so you can access your membership hub from anywhere with the internet.
I’m having problems logging in or accessing my videos?
If you have any issue logging into the membership site after signing up – please email us atinfo@hertrails.com and we will sort it out!! We won’t leave you hanging without access!!
Do I need any equipment
We highly recommend the Her Tool kit (which also includes a HER Lululemon Tee). The kit includes; a pair of sliders, a fabric band, a light band, a focus ball, and a travel bag.

If you don’t have this kit, don’t worry, you can do everything without these tools.

Can I do this program if I’m new to strength training?
Yes. The ‘strength for runners’ component is teaching you how to control your own body language. Every human needs this!
What if I fall behind on the program, can I catch up later on?
We definitely understand that even with the greatest intentions other life priorities can make it hard to stick with a program. We support you each week to find ways of harnessing your consistency.

We will also give you access to the program for 6 months from your sign up date. This gives you enough time to do the program TWICE!!! We want you to finish this and receive the joy from accomplishing your goal.

Can I do this program if I’m a new Mumma?

We recommend this program for those who are a minimum of 6 months postpartum. For all Mumma’s please be cleared by your doctor/physiotherapist to return to exercise.

The program also incorporates support on pelvic floor health and Diastasis Recti healing with pre & postnational specialist Julie Baird.

Can I cancel my membership - those who are doing a weekly direct debit?
Yes you can cancel at any time and payments will be stopped.
Refund policy (for those who have paid upfront)

If this program is not for you, you have 14 days from the program start date to email us at info@hertrails.com to receive a refund.

Don’t forget if you’ve simply fallen behind, you have SIX WHOLE months to access the program. Get back on the horse, you’ve got this.
