This program will include 28 daily challenges created by our world class Her Trails Educator Team. Each day you will be presented with micro challenges that will educate, extend and excite your mind for what is possible.

Amy Bowe

Founder of Warrior School with 12 years experience in coaching, nutrition, hormonal health and training. She has helped 100s of women unlock their unique recipe for performance through understanding their cycle. 

Bec Wilcock

Co-founder of Her Trails, Nike Master Trainer and a powerhouse strength and running coach. Bec has a Bachelor of Sport Science and is an endurance athlete with over 10 years experience in the fitness industry.  

Dr Jessie Ling

Working as a practicing doctor in Tasmania, Dr Jessie has completed her specialty training in General Practice, together with further qualifications in Women’s Health and Emergency Medicine. Together with Sam Gash she will be traversing Nepal as part of the Resilience in Motion project.

Jo Nevin

With a degree in Human Movement & Health Management, Jo now works in senior management whilst studying her MBA in leadership. She is a qualified yoga teacher, personal trainer and running coach.

Kat John

 Authenticity & meditation coach, keynote speaker, podcast host and creator of the ZEROFKS movement. For eight years Kat has been working with people to powerfully manage the thoughts in their head, so they can access their truth and focus on what matters.

Kayla Hamm

A licensed Physical Therapist at Myodetox and personal trainer. She specialises in sports rehabilitation, postural impairments, and injury prevention. She also loves working with kids and treating pre and postpartum orthopaedic conditions. 

Thea Doyle

With a Bachelor degree in Communication (Business) and a Graduate Diploma of Nutrition, Thea is on a mission to empower others to reach their potential. She educates and empowers people to understand foundational nutrition that sets them up to thrive.

Samantha Gash

Lawyer turned endurance athlete, co-founder of Her Trails, keynote presenter and social impact entrepreneur. Sam believes harnessing one’s mindset sits at the heart of our capacity to access our true grit and potential. Along with Dr Jessie Ling she will be traversing Nepal, as part of the Resilience in Motion project. 

Join Sam & Jessie – uniting in movement for social change

Her Trails proudly supports the Resilience in Motion project. Over 50 days, Dr Jessie Ling and Samantha Gash will traverse Nepal’s Great Himalaya trail in support of World Vision Australia’s women’s protection and child endangerment project in Nepal. 

This vital work empowers and protects girls from rural parts of Nepal with practical skills and knowledge on gender equality and human rights. Through a program called ‘Rapantaran’ women and girls are given protection and life skills that help to reduce child marriage, gender based violence and negative customs around menstruation.
